Pickup Information

To ensure a smooth and efficient rental experience, please read carefully the following information regarding vehicle pickup at Amalfi Coast Rent.

1. Pickup Location

You can pick up your reserved vehicle at one of our official locations:

  • 📍 Furore Office: Via Mola, 27 – Furore (SA), Italy

Please arrive at the location specified in your booking confirmation.

2. Pickup Time

Pickup must occur at the scheduled time indicated in your booking.
If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone.

3. Documents Required at Pickup

To collect your vehicle, you must present the following:

  • A valid identity document (ID card or passport)
  • A valid driver’s license, suitable for the vehicle rented:
  • Scooters: B or AM/A1 license depending on engine size
  • Cars: B license
  • For non-EU residents, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required
  • The booking confirmation (digital or printed)

❗️Documents must be original, valid, and readable. Photocopies or expired documents are not accepted.

4. Minimum Driver Age

  • Scooter rentals: minimum age 18 years
  • Car rentals: minimum age 21 years

The driver must meet both the minimum age and license requirements.

5. Additional Drivers

If you wish to register an additional driver, they must be present at pickup with:

  • Valid ID
  • Valid driver’s license

A small administrative fee may apply depending on the vehicle category.

6. Fuel Level and Vehicle Condition

All vehicles are delivered:

  • With a full tank of fuel (Full to Full policy)
  • Clean and checked for prior damages

You are required to:

  • Return the vehicle with a full tank
  • Report any new damage or issues before leaving

7. Late Pickup / No-Show

If you fail to arrive within 1 hour of your scheduled pickup time without notice, the booking may be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation.
